Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions under which you may return products purchased from www.engyup.com (“the Website”) and request a refund. By making a purchase on the Website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

RETURNS / REPLACEMENT

Eligibility: We accept returns/replacement for products that are damaged, tampered, broken product or package, wrong product delivered, product post expiration date, incomplete order / missing products within 20 days of delivery. Request for the same must be generated within 3 days of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions: If the product has been opened, used, or altered; if the original packaging (including cartons, labels, etc.) is missing; if the return is due to reasons other than a manufacturing defect; if the eligible issue for return is reported after 3 days of delivery; and if the issues involve factors such as stomach upset, headache, flavor appeal, or flavor differences between brands. It is advised to consult with your doctor before purchasing the product.

Return Process: To initiate a return/replacement, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

REFUNDS

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

The product you ordered is unavailable in our stock; The shipping address is not within our serviceable area; You adhere to the aforementioned returns policy; The product you returned is verified to be in satisfactory condition and has not been tampered with; Payment has been made twice for a single order using the same email address.

Refunds will not be granted under the following situations:

The product you return shows clear signs of damage and/or tampering; The shipping address provided during the order placement is inaccurate; You have consumed a portion of the product before opting to return it. Non-compliance with the specified returns policy

Refund Method: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. It may take 10-15 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

In case of replacement once your return is received and inspected, we will process for the replacement of the product.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the return policy will apply.
